Q: What brought you to San Diego?
A: I was in New Jersey and had the opportunity to move to the Northern California to work with a company that provided real estate internet marketing. The experience was so beneficial and helped me shape my career choice in as a real estate agent. From there, I visited San Diego and I was sold. What’s not to like?
Q: So, you came to San Diego without a job – that was brave?
A: I guess so – it was what I call a random calling. I saw the opportunity all around me and the lifestyle was just too hard to pass up, and I couldn’t be happier.
Q: You are part of a real estate team? How does that work?
A: Yes, I am a part of a team of 3 Mike’s at CityMark – we all bring a different discipline to the team – my role is as the internet marketing specialist and as a buyers’ agent. It provides both buyers and sellers an elevated depth of experience, creativity and responsiveness.
Q: Do you have a focus in the industry?
A: As a millennial – I have taken a special interest in matching the right home with cleints of my age. I excel in the downtown real estate marketplace. I am fascinated with the variety of lifestyle choices you can have in our downtown. Buyers can have anything from a single-family craftsman bungalow in uptown to a penthouse on the waterfront in the Marina District. It’s exciting.
Q: How can the Internet and Social Networking can benefit people who what to buy or sell a home?
A: The internet is a very powerful tool. It enables the distribution of information at a rapid rate to many people both in San Diego and beyond, as well as target specific information when you are trying to gather information for your clients. But even with its great benefits – there is no substitution for the personal contact that needs to happen with an agent when purchasing a home. A home is a very personal – large purchase, and it deserves a dedicated personal relationship to navigate the process.
Q: What is your favorite thing to in your spare time?
A: I am a very active and social person – so I spend all my free time exploring areas in and around San Diego – surfing, snowboarding and having an amazing meal at Café Chloe downtown with friends.
